Donating

Our work depends on your support.

Donations from businesses and individuals like you keep us going and able to save lives. We are a local animal rescue organization; we receive no support from government or national organizations.

Most of our money goes towards food, medical care, boarding, and spay/neuter surgeries for our animals. We also maintain a shelter building and operation fund, where we are saving for our eventual public animal shelter in Truckee.

For donations over our basic membership levels, we are happy to designate your gift toward general operating costs or the shelter fund. You may also designate your gift in honor or memory of a special person or pet. For more information about donating or estate planning, please contact us at donations@hstt.org.
